Founder, Director & SENDCO
John is a former Headteacher, a qualified SENDCO and an expert in multi-agency working to support families and childre. He has over 23 years of educational experience.
Rob Russell
Director & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Rob is a former Headteacher, an expert in pastoral and behaviour systems and a SIP in the South West. He has over 30 years of educational experience.
